Butcher & Packer Supply Company, a leading distributor of spices and supplies for the meat processing industry, is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Small Package Shipping Department by picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment using carriers such as UPS and USPS.
Assist the Truck & Delivery Department by pulling, staging, and preparing orders for local deliveries and freight shipments.
Verify orders for accuracy before shipment to ensure customers receive the correct products.
Safely load and organize orders for outbound deliveries and truck shipments.
Work closely with the shipping team to meet daily order fulfillment deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Cross-train and assist other warehouse departments as needed to support daily operations.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
