Clothes Mentor Columbus, located in Upper Arlington, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. We offer part-time, full-time, and seasonal opportunities, making this a great fit for students, teachers, and anyone looking for a flexible and rewarding role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience, assisting customers, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers to create a positive and friendly store atmosphere
Assist customers with questions, purchases, and information about promotions and loyalty programs
Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
Maintain store standards and support daily operations as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old
Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
Effective communication skills
Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs
Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise
