Programmer

Job Title

Perform specialized programming and technical work for website and internet development in a collaborative environment using industry standard technologies and procedures.

Job duties include:

• Collaborating with the Business Analyst to present information to project review boards and technical review boards.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining systems and IT programs documentation.
• Designing and developing software code based on reusability, approved architecture/design, and in compliance with security and other applicable standards.
• Mitigating application-level security risks and remediating vulnerabilities.
• Participating in structured walk throughs, code reviews, and stage exits.
• Following configuration management and change management procedures.
• Performing application unit, string, and integrated testing.
• Documenting identified problems and analyzing to determine root cause.
• Developing user manuals and conducting training for users.
• Evaluating requests for modifications and enhancements for impact on existing projects and applications.

The position requires direct interaction with client stakeholders, with an emphasis on strong communication and ownership. A self-sufficient resource who can operate with minimal oversight and drive tasks independently is expected. Familiarity with PowerApps is also required.

The opportunity involves managing a small portfolio of contracts, including transitioning agreements into formal contracts. Work within a.NET and Angular application environment, with added exposure to multiple batch job processes. Join a team of approximately 10 members.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Angular Development experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with.NET technologies.
• Experience with Cloud AWS Migration.
• Strong experience working within process-oriented Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience with Test-Driven Development.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of advanced principles, theories, techniques, and methods in the development and design of web applications and standalone applications.
• Ability to work as a team and individually on projects and tasks using Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
• Desired skills: Experience with Playwright for integration testing.

Position is a hybrid schedule with no remote-only option. In-office for the 2 days per week is required, but the specific days have not yet been defined. However, the resource must meet the hybrid schedule from the beginning. Working hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
