Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to support smooth daily store operations. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with overall store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable product recommendations on wigs and hairpieces.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure products are well stocked.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking, returns, and stocktaking.
• Work reliably according to the assigned schedule to ensure consistent customer service.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• availability to work on weekends.
• Prior experience with wigs, hair products, or related beauty products is a plus.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling is preferred.
