We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive team performance at our Crumbl Cookies location. The Store Manager is responsible for building and developing a strong team, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members and shift leaders
Maintain high standards for product quality, food safety, and store cleanliness
Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and food cost controls
Monitor store performance and implement strategies to meet sales and operational goals
Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability and customer service
Ensure compliance with company policies and local health regulations
Address customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Qualifications
2+ years of management or leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and staff development
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
