Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active MI SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting or with K-12 students is valuable
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with colleagues and caregivers

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in an onsite school environment
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all district and state documentation requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute professional input to support student achievement and well-being
• Offer consultation and support to staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations
