Description: We are seeking a dedicated registered nurse specializing in case management. The unit accommodates a total of 350 beds. The team consists of case managers and social workers, along with a skilled coordinator. The typical patient ratio is 25 patients to 1 nurse. Familiarity with EMR systems such as Meditech and Midas is preferred. Candidates with previous experience in case management will be prioritized.
