Shift Lead (Part-Time AND Full-Time) – Up to $21/hr (Base + Tips)
Multiple Openings | Palatine, IL & Rolling Meadows, IL

Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring part-time AND full-time Shift Leads at our Palatine and Rolling Meadows locations , and we’re looking for strong team players ready to step into leadership roles.

Pay & Benefits

• $15–$18/hr base pay
• +$3/hr average in tips (based on historical performance)
• Up to $21/hr total earnings
• Retention bonus up to $350 after 12 weeks for qualified applicants
• Bi-weekly pay
• Consistent hours

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Lead, you’ll lead the team while staying hands-on:

• Run smooth, efficient shifts from open to close
• Lead by example with urgency, energy, and attention to detail
• Ensure product quality and execution standards are met
• Motivate and coach team members during shifts
• Complete daily checklists and operational tasks
• Step in to resolve customer issues when needed

You’ll also perform all Crew Member responsibilities, including food prep, slicing, and customer service.

Schedule & Availability

• Open daily: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Opening shifts start as early as 7:30 AM
• Closing shifts end around 9:30 PM
• Must have flexible availability
