Summary The Team Lead supports the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the sales team while delivering exceptional client experiences. The role focuses on driving sales, building strong client relationships, and helping execute store strategies to maintain the brand's market position. The Team Lead may also champion a product category and assist with daily store operations. Responsibilities Mentor and develop the store sales team alongside the Store Director and Team Managers. Drive client and business development through personalized product recommendations and relationship building. Lead selling activities and manage the sales floor to achieve sales goals. Optionally champion a specific product category and support merchandising initiatives. Support store operations and ensure the highest level of client service is delivered. Requirements Client-centric mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proven retail selling experience and an entrepreneurial attitude. Ability to identify client needs and translate market trends into product recommendations. Experience coaching or mentoring team members and supporting their development.
