Our mission is to support healthier workplaces by providing convenient care where people need it most.We are seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our onsite employee health team in Michigan. These positions offer flexible, as-needed scheduling on both first and second shift, making them ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, autonomy, and meaningful impact in their day-to-day work.As a PRN RN with Ramp Health, you will play a central role in promoting workplace wellness, safety, and readiness. You'll collaborate closely with site leadership, HR partners, and safety teams to deliver first aid, health assessments, and preventive services that support employee well-being and productivity.This position is best suited for a nurse who enjoys a mix of clinical care, relationship building, and problem solving—someone comfortable working independently and engaging directly with employees in a fast-paced onsite environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and treat work-related injuries or illnesses with proper documentationProvide immediate first aid and coordinate external care when neededMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic environmentAssist with return-to-work evaluations and workers' compensation coordinationConduct routine health screenings including vitals, biometric checks, and wellness assessmentsComplete pre-employment evaluations and drug testingPerform specimen collections following established protocolsEnsure compliance with OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and workplace health regulationsSupport case management, accommodation requests, and health reportingPromote healthy lifestyle habits and provide accessible health educationEngage employees in wellness initiatives and preventive care conversationsServe as an onsite responder for medical emergenciesProvide CPR and First Aid support and ensure readiness of emergency suppliesConduct ergonomic assessments and recommend adjustments to reduce injury riskCollaborate with leadership and safety teams to proactively address workplace hazardsQualificationsActive RN license in the state of Michigan (required)Minimum two years of experience in Family Health, General Practice, or Occupational HealthStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable adapting to varying workplace needs and environmentsPreferredExperience in occupational health or employee wellness programsKnowledge of disability management and return-to-work processesVenipuncture and fit testing experienceCompensation$46/hourPRN scheduling flexibility with first and second shift opportunitiesBackground check and drug screen requiredJoin Ramp Health and help bring impactful, accessible healthcare directly to the workplace.
