In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value-driven solutions that support customer success. Reporting to the Head of Business Development MEC NAM, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering commercial results. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within target markets and customer segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. Lead customer discussions, presentations, and solution proposals to support commercial opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across commercial, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial performance. Location Charlotte, North Carolina or Florham Park, New Jersey Job Type Full-Time Salary Range $110,000 – $130,000 annually Benefits Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match. Salary ranges are determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, business needs, and local market conditions.
