Patient Care Technician

Role: Patient Care Technician (PCT) supporting nursing staff in providing compassionate, hands-on patient care. Responsibilities Include Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to promote recovery Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection Maintaining clean, organized, and stocked patient areas for safety and efficiency Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team to ensure safety and quality Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire Preferred: CNA training and 1+ years of acute care experience Key attributes: attention to detail, empathy, teamwork, excellent communication, and commitment to patient dignity and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
