Job Description:
Seeking a Principal Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MS SQL, and Kafka . The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
Must-Haves:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Java 11+ and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring Security/Spring Data .
- Strong MS SQL/T-SQL , database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Proven Kafka experience in distributed microservices environments.
- Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue .
- Experience leading/mentoring engineering teams and driving technical delivery.
- Strong Agile/Scrum and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Docker, Kubernetes , and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- CI/CD, observability, and security practices.
- Experience with hiring and technical interviewing.
