Neurology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12;On Call Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75

This facility is seeking a Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Onsite 7am to 7pm, call 7pm to 7am

Practice Setting: Inpatient

Type of cases and required procedures: Consults include stroke, seizure, EEG interpretation and reading along with other Neurological conditions. APP supervision.

Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Patient Keeper and Meditech

Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licensure required: Must have active Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), must have active South Carolina Board Certation, must have active Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
