Lead Generator - Outside sales

Phoenix Metro | Full-Time | Field Team Position (base hourly + commission)

Mission Restoration is hiring Lead Gen reps to generate leads for storm-damaged roof restoration projects.

 

This is not random cold D2D. We work neighborhoods with active installs and storm damage where most homeowners already know they need help while using proprietary in-house apps to connect with more customers.

Our specialty is helping homeowners get their insurance company to pay for roof restoration and repairs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11AM–7PM

 

Pay Structure

• $18–$20/hr DOE
  • $25 for every additional appointment set each day
    • 1% of gross revenue collected

 

Average Earnings

• Average reps: ~$68,000/year (2 appointments/day)
• Proficient reps: ~$75,000+/year (3 appointments/day)

 

What You’ll Do

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate appointments for roofing inspections
• Work as a team in the field around active projects
• Talk with homeowners and identify qualified opportunities

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
• Sales, D2D, roofing, solar, alarms, or customer service experience is a plus

 

No roofing experience needed.
If you can communicate confidently and stay consistent, you can make serious money here.
