Maritime Safety & Standards Program Lead

This role leads safety regimes, develops procedures, and coordinates audits across waterfront, at‑sea, and in‑water test operations supporting USVs/UUVs and high‑energy battery systems. Responsibilities include establishing SMS, maintaining SOPs, liaising with Coast Guard and NAVSEA, and driving continuous safety improvements.
