Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of the field service technicians as well as providing quality service and solutions to our clients at our headquarters in Burr Ridge, IL.Responsibilities include:Schedule and coordinate service calls to available Field Service Technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnelMaintain on-going communications with current clients in an appropriate and timely mannerMaintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper time-frameFollow-up with the customer on service calls when complete by providing prompt guidanceResponsible for communication on all open and pending service calls to customerProcess defective parts repair claims when necessaryResponsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contractsVerify and maintain customer contact and database informationInvoicing of Print Management Agreements & Service AgreementsResponsible for handling light shipping of parts and supplies utilizing the UPS systemExperience with E-Automate, ACT and Microsoft Office software is a plusQualifications:Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), email and on the phone.Must possess a great attitude, have excellent organizational skills and time/task management skills to prioritize & make decisionsMust confidently provide work direction to field personnel and improve performance outcomesTwo to 3 years + related experience and/or training in customer service, billing or equivalent combination of education and experienceE04JI802hu9e409bhg6 #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech9
