ROUTE DRIVER - MICROMARKET (FULL TIME)

Job Title: Route Driver – Micromarket (Full Time) Location: Canteen – 1075 East Highway 80, Abilene, TX 79601. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Compensation: $20.00 per hour, with potential commission eligibility. Application: Online applications only. Referral Bonus: Available for internal employee referrals. Responsibilities Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market. Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance. Display a clear understanding of company policies and administer as needed. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment. Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets; report defective equipment to designated maintenance personnel. Prior to each day’s route, ensure the truck is properly loaded with all required product. Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services, and resolve service complaints. Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or distribute sales promotion materials. Accountable for all receipts of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received, and product. Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with district procedures. Keep company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections. Perform all job functions safely and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3 years of driving experience required. 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred. Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license (unless otherwise indicated by state). Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis. Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.). Able to work independently and be responsible for the route, working unsupervised 98 % of the day.
