The Grand Healthcare System

Mayfair Care Center in Town of Hempstead is seeking a Hospital Liaison/Marketer to build partnerships with local hospitals and healthcare providers. You will help ensure smooth patient transitions to our facility while representing Mayfair Care Center as a trusted care provider.
