Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst is a key member of the Treasury team responsible for supporting day-to-day treasury operations across multiple corporate entities. This role supports cash positioning, payment processing, bank administration, investment activity, reporting, reconciliations, audit requests, and special projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working with internal teams, banking partners, vendors, and auditors. Key Responsibilities Support daily treasury operations, including online banking administration, cash reporting, and Treasury Operations mailbox management. Prepare, process, and track wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers across multiple corporate entities. Ensure appropriate approvals, supporting documentation, and banking instructions are maintained for all cash movements. Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity is available to meet operational funding requirements. Assist with the daily investment of excess cash balances, including activity related to a $200M+ cash investment portfolio, as applicable. Prepare and distribute daily cash, investment, and liquidity reports. Update the 13-week cash flow forecast daily and refresh reporting files weekly. Maintain reporting related to cash sweep activity, coordinate with vendors, obtain key reports, and support invoice reconciliations. Prepare wire support packages with required approvals, documentation, and bank instructions for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes. Reconcile daily treasury activity against entity records and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support financial audits, internal controls, and documentation retention related to treasury activities. Respond to inquiries submitted through the Treasury Operations mailbox in a timely and professional manner. Assist with additional treasury, accounting, and special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of Treasury operations experience preferred. Experience with cash management, wire transfers, ACH/payment processing, bank platforms, reconciliations, or financial reporting strongly preferred. Required Skills Strong understanding of Treasury operations, cash movement, and payment processing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining appropriate controls over cash transactions. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet strict deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred Experience Experience supporting multiple legal entities and bank accounts. Experience with cash forecasting and liquidity management. Familiarity with bank portals and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). Experience with cash sweeps, investment activity, bank reconciliations, and audit support.
