Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. This position is hybrid - one day remote. Responsibilities Assisting attorneys with litigation support Drafting and filing legal documents Managing calendars Maintaining files Handling ECF filings and Rule 9A matters Corresponding with clients Tracking deadlines and calendaring Sending out bills and statements Requirements 5+ years of recent litigation legal assistant experience Strong MS Office knowledge Excellent communication skills Great time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The anticipated salary range for this position is between $87,000-$92,000 per year, depending on relevant experience. Benefit offerings include health insurance (covered by firm), dental, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
