Country Fair is seeking a friendly, reliable Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service in our convenience stores. In this fast-paced role, you’ll greet customers, operate the register, handle cash, and assist with fuel and foodservice transactions. You’ll restock shelves, maintain clean, safe, and welcoming store and restroom areas, and support merchandising and inventory. Working as part of a customer-focused, community-oriented team, you’ll gain hands-on retail and foodservice experience with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
