Your mission is to build relationships, solve problems, and help customers succeed. What You will DoCore Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries to facilitate product purchases and deliver superior customer experienceManage and grow an established customer base within your assigned territoryIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesMeet sales and margin targets while delivering exceptional customer serviceEducate customers on product offerings through creative presentations and demonstrationsProvide market intelligence and competitive insights to help us stay aheadDay-to-Day Activities:Conduct face-to-face sales visits at customer facilitiesPrepare and present product quotations and proposalsRespond to customer inquiries promptly and professionallyAttend sales meetings and training sessionsMaintain CRM records and track sales activitiesStay current on industry trends and communicate relevant insights to customers What We are Looking ForEducation & Experience:High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredExperience in the woodworking or building materials industry is a plusProven sales history preferredEssential Skills:Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation abilitiesStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet objectivesCustomer service mindset with interpersonal finesseComfortable juggling multiple prioritiesRequirements:Valid driver's license with clean driving recordWillingness to travel extensively within territory (not remote/work-from-home)Ability to safely operate company vehiclesCommitment to workplace and driving safety standards Ready to Join Our Family?If you are a motivated person looking for a stable, rewarding career with a company that values loyalty, growth, and teamwork, we would love to hear from you.
