Job Title

The duties include:

Maintaining primary responsibility for patient care, while facilitating other specialty care.
Maintaining proper medical record documentation on patients receiving treatment.
Providing group, individual and/or family teaching and counseling and/or initiating coordination of health care needs.
Managing chronic health problems in accordance with existing protocol.
Developing and recommending new techniques/approaches for establishing improved quality patient health care.
Providing professional guidance of staff engaged in primary care functions.
