- Prepare contracts/proposals for high profile customers.
- Act as liaison and the first point of communication with suppliers/manufactures.
- Work directly with the NYC Department of Buildings to pull necessary permits and ensure company compliance.
- Manage and oversee a team of technicians, dispatching to service calls, scheduling major repairs.
- Conduct walkthroughs with engineers for boiler/burner replacement bids.
- Perform site inspections if capable, "there will be training to run inspections".
- Good office skills in a fast paced environment. Word, Excel, Adobe, QuickBooks
- Excellent communication/phone skills.
- A mechanical background would be a plus as applicant may be asked to go to jobsites / perform site inspections if capable. There will be training provided.
