Echo Tech - Day Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day 4x10-Hour Shift (08:00 - 18:00), Monday-Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Echo Tech with a strong background in echocardiography. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic results. You will be expected to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and effectively communicate findings to relevant staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and other related procedures.
• Evaluate and analyze ultrasound images to provide relevant clinical information.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff regarding patient care and imaging results.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech.
• ARDMS certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Florida state license or compact license must be in hand.
• Cerner or Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience is required.
• Must not have any felony or misdemeanor convictions, including DUI or DWI, or controlled medication violations.
