Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Perform physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation
• Provide patient & family education and training
• Deliver care to special populations including: Oncology, Lymphedema, Amputee, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Total Joint Replacement, Orthopedic, and Neurologic
• Complete documentation timely and based on department guidelines
• Initiate discharge planning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• CT PT License
• BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Experience working with patients with neurological conditions
• Preferred: Vestibular therapy experience
