Job Overview IES has an opportunity for an Emergency Department Medical Director at Baylor Scott & White - Marble Falls. Responsibilities Provide on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects of the emergency department. Manage the quality improvement plan, including attending regular meetings and reviewing medical records. Supervise staff, provide feedback, and ensure provision of high-quality care. Review the provider schedule and ensure adequate staffing. Actively participate in the recruitment and retention of qualified physicians and advanced practice providers. Serve as liaison between hospital administration and clinical staff and provide regular feedback to IES leadership. Qualifications BC/BE in Emergency Medicine. Active Texas Medical License & DEA.
