Electro-Mechanical AssemblerWe are currently hiring for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler for their Defense and Aerospace manufacturing company. The Electro Mechanical Assembler will assemble quality electro-mechanical motion application parts with the requirements of schematic drawings, technical data packages, statements of work, and/or other work instructions. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.Electro-Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:Independently assemble electro-mechanical motion application parts according to blueprint/schematic drawingsEnsure proper ESD equipment is in placePerform visual, functional, and dimensional inspectionsSupport other departments (machine shop and warehouse) when neededGenerate reports and data entry as required for a work orderRaise flags to the appropriate personnel whenever a nonconformance is suspectedSet up and monitor the assembly roomEnsure compliance to the prescribed QMS processesElectro-Mechanical Assembler Requirements:Must have Electro-Mechanical Assembler experienceExperience assembling motion applications such as bearings, O-rings, soldering, magnets, etc.Use of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gaugesInterpret blueprint/schematic drawingsElectro-Mechanical Experience & Abilities Desired:IPC-J-STD-001 Certified, Requirements for Soldered Electrical and AssembliesIPC-A-610 Certified, Acceptability of Electronics AssembliesIPC-A-620 Certified, Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness AssembliesSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am until 4:30pm (Overtime & Saturday availability when needed)Pay: $25-$30
