Project Manager | Traveling

Project Manager | Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience, up to one (1) year of preconstruction experience, and at least three (3) years of direct supervisory experience. Industrial, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects are preferred. Must be willing to travel.

• Participates in the development of the project budget. Regularly reviews costs relative to the budget and highlights discrepancies to enable improved financial performance.
• Provides expertise and analysis for prime contract and subcontract change orders.
