Team Lead the end-to-end digital transformation journey for enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy (the "Why") and complex technical execution (the "How"), ensuring the digital workplace is scalable, governed, and widely adopted. Missions Strategic Advisory: act as a lead consultant for stakeholders to align platform deployment with long-term business goals and ROI. Discovery & Design: facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify organizational pain points and architect complex enterprise-grade configurations, advanced information architecture, and global governance models. Implementation Management: lead multiple concurrent SaaS deployments, managing technical specifications, data migrations, and cross-functional alignment. Implementation Governance: partner with the Project Manager to ensure technical delivery aligns with the strategic vision. Own the "What" and "How," while the PM manages the "When." Adoption & Enablement: conduct product training and change management strategies designed to accelerate user activation and consistently scale Weekly Active Users (WAU) across all key personas (HR, IT, and Ops). Cross-Functional Leadership: act as the voice of the customer for Product and Engineering teams, turning field insights into repeatable methodologies and product enhancements. Skills 2-5 years proven track record in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or digital workplace delivery within enterprise environments. Consultative Expert: exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into business value for both executive and operational audiences. Platform Savvy: deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CMS, and digital workplace tools (e.g., LumApps, SharePoint, Simpplr, Unily, Igloo). Strategic Mindset: strong skills in risk management, project prioritization, and the ability to drive clarity in highly ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
