• Full-Time

• Part-Time

• PRN (Per Diem)

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.

• Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and resident progress.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional resident care.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required..

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
