Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Albany, NY. This role involves working in a post-surgical setting, caring for patients who have undergone colorectal and urologic surgery. The RN will collaborate closely with Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses to provide specialized care. This position requires experience with TPN, NG tubes, and central lines, utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide care in a post-surgical setting, focusing on colorectal and urologic surgeries

• Manage post-operative patients requiring TPN, NG tubes, and central lines

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• 1 year of experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital with passing competency testing score
• 2 years of experience if competency testing is waived
• Epic EMR experience is required
