Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role focuses on the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals experiencing the effects of severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Implement and adapt interventions to maximize patient recovery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Utilize specialized equipment and techniques in rehabilitation therapy.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Schedule:

This is an altered work week position scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute, subacute, skilled nursing facilities, or inpatient rehabilitation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a patient-first attitude.
Preferred experience with functional interventions and group/concurrent modes of therapy.
