Senior Manager Manage consultant teams and deliver complex consulting propositions to clients, driving measurable value and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Sell and manage delivery of complex consulting propositions within area of expertise, achieving measurable value for clients. Lead development of consulting solutions and provide support to practice growth and development. Develop strong client relationships and manage large engagements, accounts (single or multiple) or lead large and complex consulting programs. Manage a team of consultants, ensuring quality and internal compliance in business operations. Achieve high personal billability and accomplish utilization targets. Act as an ambassador for Wipro values, balancing program delivery, budget control, and quality assurance. Coach, mentor, and motivate consultants, building trust and confidence through focus on quality and delivery. Business Development Maintain high levels of individual and team utilization in line with goal setting. Manage a personal sales pipeline to support revenue targets and develop new business. Sell laterally and vertically, identify leads, convert them into opportunities and proposals. Lead sales and marketing activities, populate the sales funnel, and close new projects or extensions with minimal partner support. Proactively seek opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas. Create proposals and presales activities. Compensation & Benefits Expected compensation ranges from $150,000.00 to $230,000.00, based on location, skills, and experience.
