Project Manager

The Role We're hiring a Project Manager with strong marketing instincts to own our project and event pipeline end to end. This is a hybrid role: part traditional PM (timelines, owners, deliverables, accountability) and part marketing operator (events, campaigns, brand consistency, investor-facing polish). You'll be the connective tissue between our Marketing, Investor Relations, and Operations teams — turning plans into executed, on-brand outcomes. If you like wearing two hats, driving cross-functional work without being asked twice, and seeing a project go from whiteboard to live event, this is your seat. What You'll Do Own the full project and event pipeline — scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and driving initiatives to completion across multiple teams Plan and execute investor events, webinars, conferences, and internal initiatives, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines Build and maintain the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns, collateral, and events ship on schedule Coordinate content and collateral production with internal stakeholders, keeping everything consistent with F Street brand standards Manage project tracking and reporting; keep leadership visibility high with clean status updates and clear ownership Partner closely with Marketing, Investor Relations, and Operations to align events and campaigns with business priorities Identify bottlenecks early and remove them — you're the person who keeps things from slipping What You Bring 3+ years in project management, marketing operations, event management, or a blended role A track record of running multiple concurrent projects and hitting deadlines without dropping quality Strong marketing acumen — comfortable with campaigns, brand consistency, event marketing, and audience-facing materials Sharp written and verbal communication; you can manage up to leadership and across to peers Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Proficiency with AI, project management, and marketing tools (e.g., Claude, HubSpot, project trackers, Canva and/or similar) Bonus Points Experience in financial services, private lending, real estate, or investment Familiarity with investor relations or capital-raising environments Design sensibility and hands-on collateral creation Why F Street You’ll work directly with senior leadership, see your work make a visible impact, and have real ownership over how our projects and events run.
