Sr. Specialist Finance - Trading Services

The Retail Trading Services Finance team provides financial analysis and decision support for Schwab’s Retail Investor Services organization. Trading Services delivers an industry‑leading trading experience through innovative platforms, tools, products, education, financial content, and specialized service and risk support across desktop, web, and mobile channels. As a Senior Finance Specialist, you will help business partners understand performance, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions that drive profitable growth, operational leverage, and greater efficiency. You will support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessment, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning across business lines, including the Futures and Forex legal entity. You will turn complex financial results and large data sets into clear insights for senior stakeholders, build financial models to evaluate growth and scale opportunities, and develop client‑level revenue metrics that reveal the drivers of trading revenue and business performance. Working closely with finance and business partners, you will strengthen forecasting processes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and provide timely analysis for strategic initiatives and emerging business questions. Success in this role requires analytical thinking, sound decision making, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to communicate financial insights in a practical and influential way.
