Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Framingham, MA! This is a 5+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist

Location: Framingham, MA 01702

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17-21/hour (Based on years of experience & education)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens according to Quest Diagnostics procedures.
• Explain collection procedures and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and specimen documentation.
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections following established protocols.
• Ensure specimen integrity and proper handling throughout the collection process.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and all company safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience required .

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
