Manufacturing Machine Operator - Die Casting | Full-Time

Description:

Production Castings is seeking hands-on Machine Operators who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career in a Zinc and Aluminum Die Casting environment. This is a strong entry point for individuals who enjoy working with industrial equipment and are motivated to grow into Die Cast machine setup and operation.

What You’ll Do

Operate Wheelabrator and Burnishing machines to finish metal parts to specification
Run trim presses in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic modes as required
Inspect castings to ensure quality and production standards are met
Perform routine machine maintenance to support safe, efficient operation
Troubleshoot basic mechanical or process issues during production
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Work Schedule Options

1st Shift (4-Day Work Week)
5:15 AM – 3:45 PM (Monday–Thursday)

2nd Shift (4-Day Work Week)
3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Thursday)

3rd Shift (5-Day Work Week)
9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour with structured advancement opportunities
