We deliver industry-leading administration services including processing consumer contracts for such automotive-related, voluntary F&I products as GAP, VSC, Appearance, Tire & Wheel and Theft-deterrent protection. We process and adjust claims for these contracts within programs that are underwritten by only Excellent (A- or better) rated Insurance Carriers. As a rapidly growing automotive F&I product provider with over 30 years of continuous operation in the Automotive F&I space, our operating partners include seasoned Insurance Agents, national Lenders and their client Automotive Dealers.

Primary Job Function: The Receptionist is responsible for answering and routing incoming phone calls along with greeting customers and guest in a friendly manner.

Job Responsibilities / Tasks include:

Answering and routing incoming phone calls

Greet customers and guests

Inbound mail handling, route to appropriate functional area

Support claims document administration with reviewing, process, index and attach inbound correspondence/documentation

Working with management on specific issues as requested
