• 24-hour shifts: 8 am - 8 am
• 3 - 6 patients per shift
• Level II NICU -- hospital setting
• Primary provider overseeing daily care -- collaboration with MDs
• Required skills: UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, intubations
• Leave coverage
