- Implement therapy interventions according to the OT's plan of care.
- Document patient progress accurately and on time.
- Educate patients and their families.
- Communicate patient status with the supervising OT.
- Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program.
- Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain before starting).
- Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
Schedule Summary: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekend or on-call requirements mentioned.
