What You'll Do

As our Bar Manager / Lead Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding beverage program that complements our wellness-focused menu. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintaining supplies.
• Crafting creative, seasonal, and wellness-inspired beverages.
• Providing exceptional service and ensuring an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Training and mentoring bar staff to uphold our high standards.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to align the beverage program with our menu.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Upholding all safety and sanitation standards.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and passion to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience in bartending or bar management.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends, with an interest in wellness-focused offerings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
