Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience
7+ years of required work experience
Microsoft Office and SAP technical skills
Master's degree preferred
Field of Study Preferred: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or other related discipline

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line
Provide direction and oversight to managers to achieve business objectives
Support the region in achieving overall P&L targets
Develop staffing plans and manage personnel
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and provide quality customer service
