As a Night Auditor , you’re not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Juniper Hotel in Cupertino with 224 guest rooms, about 11 miles west of downtown San Jose, brings a modern boutique atmosphere to Silicon Valley. Classification Part- Time Shift Pattern 11 pm to 7 am The ideal candidate will have at least one year of front desk experience, night auditor experience is preferred. Responsibilities Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
