RN - ICU


Job Details:


• Variable day and night shifts available
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Work in a 10-bed ICU/IMC unit with a connected 34-bed medical-surgical unit
• Patient ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:3-1:4 for IMC, and 1:5-1:6 for medical-surgical
• Float to other units as needed, including possible float to medical-surgical
• Facility float to Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk locations - floating can and will be prescheduled
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• On-call availability required with a minimum 2-hour callback
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required, one travel assignment preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Guaranteed hours are not provided during the week of orientation
