Front Desk Representative at Abbotswood at StonehengeThe Front Desk Representative at Abbotswood at Stonehenge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, helping create a welcoming, safe, and engaging community environment. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support daily front desk operations, and respond to resident and visitor needs with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Your positive presence and commitment to service will help ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who enters our community.Part Time: Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AMAvailability to pick up additional weekday shifts a plus.Pay Rate: $17/hourPaid Vacation / 401K / Free Meal each shiftWhat You'll DoGreet residents, visitors, and callers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming approachRespond promptly to resident requests and coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-upMonitor community access and maintain accurate visitor and resident logsObserve resident well-being and report any concerns to the appropriate teamRespond to emergency systems and situations in accordance with established protocolsSupport new resident move-in processes, including data entry and communication tasksAnswer and direct incoming calls, ensuring questions are resolved or routed appropriatelyMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby areaPerform administrative tasks such as managing records, distributing mail, updating rosters, and processing work ordersMaintain communication logs to support seamless operations across shiftsProtect the confidentiality of resident and community informationCollaborate with team members across departments to support a positive community experienceWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, senior living, or a related field preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other systemsAbility to remain calm and professional in emergency or high-pressure situationsFlexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededOur Standards of ExcellenceLive and demonstrate our Principles, Values, and Beliefs in every interactionBuild strong relationships with residents, families, and team membersDeliver exceptional service with professionalism, respect, and careWhy Join UsBe part of a team that is dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
