Clinical Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced California Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is confident and proficient in: Assisting during restorative, crown and bridge, oral surgery, implant, and hygiene procedures. Taking high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs. Taking alginate and digital impressions. Digital scanning using an intraoral scanner. Fabricating quality temporary crowns. Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining OSHA and infection control standards. Sterilization and instrument management. Patient education and post-operative instructions. Assisting with clear aligner therapy. Maintaining accurate clinical records. Anticipating the doctor's needs and helping appointments run efficiently. Working independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team. Preferred but not required: Experience with implant dentistry. Experience with digital workflows and modern dental technology. Experience with sedation dentistry. Experience with comprehensive treatment planning. Qualifications: Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License. Current CPR Certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to patient-centered care.
