In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business teams to understand requirements, design scalable and maintainable solutions, and ensure security by design. Performance is critical to providing a seamless user experience, and we expect you to optimize for efficiency and speed.The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. A strong focus on code test coverage, CI/CD best practices, and production support is essential. Given our decentralized team structure, the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones is required.Key Responsibilities & OpportunitiesDesign and implement scalable SPA based on microservice architectureDevelop and maintain high-performance React and Spring Boot applicationsCreate and optimize APIs with a focus on system reliabilityWork with both relational and non-relational databasesImplement comprehensive testing strategiesImplement robust monitoring and alerting solutionsSupport and troubleshoot application issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and deliver technical solutionsWork in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesQualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of professional software development experienceGood communication and teamworkProven experience working and striving in a fast pace and agile frameworkExperience with code ownership in enterprise distributed software systemStrong experience in React and Angular frontend applicationsStrong experience in Java and Spring Boot frameworkStrong experience in relational and non-relational databasesStrong experience of Microservices architecture and design patternsComprehensive experience in unit, integration and end to end system testHands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred)Hands-on experience with all aspects in AI-DLCExperience working with business stakeholders to build product solutionsAgentic coding experience with AI tools like Claude Code and AWS Kiroto end solutions.
