Operations ManagerWe are currently seeking an Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for multiple locations (Fresno & Santa Barbara). You will perform a variety of tasks including managing labor, daily productivity goals, quality control, and daily/weekly reports. You will also identify and document vehicle conditions while promoting a safe and efficient working environment. Essential duties and responsibilities will vary.Responsibilities:Clean interior and exterior of automotive vehiclesOperate various equipment to clean interior of vehicle to assigned standardsKeep accurate record keeping off all work performedWork independently and within a team environmentDevelop processes and standards to maximize productivity and safetyContinuously meet processing and standardization minimumsMaintain high level relationship with clientsMonitor P&L, labor costs, and overall efficiencyDrive team member engagement, high level of productivity, and accountability for teamCreate and execute procedures to maintain stability and maximum output of productivityBuild strong client relationships to create trust, dependability, and accountability
